- Use a clean glass vessel with a lid.
- Fill it with pure drinking water.
- Place it under the moonlight during the Full Moon or under the dark New Moon sky.
- Remove your vessel before sunrise.
4. Receive Your Message
Within 24 hours of the Full or New Moon, you’ll receive your channeled message from Spirit, containing guidance, affirmations, and energetic insight tailored to your soul path.
5. Drink with Intention
