Frequency Play is a pathway to whatever your heart desires. Each session begins with Monica inviting you to reflect on your current state, creating a personalized session for the group. She guides you through powerful breathwork, taps into the appropriate frequencies so that you can calibrate to the joy that is your birthright, and uses vivid imagery to lead you into deeper meditation. You leave feeling light, whole and inspired.

Format: We will take a few minutes at the beginning for hellos before we dive in. Experience a guided frequency play to recalibrate at the subatomic to experience greater joy, health, vitality, peace and anything else that your heart desires. We will wrap up in time for questions and to share. Our format will evolve with the evolution of the group.
